Well, It seems that the Email scandal is still relevant as ever, and the Emails just keep getting worse and worse.

But some of these newest emails may provide smoking gun details against Clinton that may hint that Clinton was not willing to keep track or monitor the emails properly, which is against federal law.

According to the Associated Press:

WASHINGTON (AP) — An additional 165 pages of emails from Hillary Clinton’s time at the State Department surfaced Monday, including nearly three dozen that the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee failed to hand over last year that were sent through her private server.

The latest emails were released under court order by the State Department to the conservative legal advocacy group Judicial Watch. The batch includes 34 new emails Clinton exchanged through her private account with her deputy chief of staff, Huma Abedin. The aide, who also had a private email account on Clinton’s home server, later gave her copies to the government.

The emails were not among the 55,000 pages of work-related messages that Clinton turned over to the agency in response to public records lawsuits seeking copies of her official correspondence. They include a March 2009 message where the then-secretary of state discusses how her official records would be kept.

The Group Judicial Watch has obtained, reviewed and released these documents to the public  as the fallout from the Emails continue.

What is so concerning about these emails? Well, some of these emails, according to the AP were DELETED, but recovered after an investigation on her server.

These emails pertain directly to the controversy of the handling of sensitive and top secret emails sent to Clinton’s homebrew server between 2009 and 2013.

Let us look into the emails that are most concerning from this massive data dump and expose Clinton’s email server and her mishandling of important emails.

1) Email server was in the Home Basement and a unclassified Telephone System.

In this Document, a review of Clinton’s Home revealed that the State Department was made aware of an Unclassified partner system, which is her email server, which was found in a telephone closet in her basement.

Also, a telephone set associated with that had been found in numerous rooms.

The review also found numerous issues with Technological setups.

The State Department was aware of this finding, but never acted upon this finding, why?

2) Clinton Refused a State Dept secured Email address

In this email,  Clinton had emailed her beloved aide, Huma Abedin:

“Let’s Get separate address or device but I don’t want anry risk of the personal being accessible.”

Huma had suggested that Clinton get a state email so that the messages she sent through her home server would not be marked as spam. Clinton denied, which angered and frustrated Abedin.

Clinton had also suggested that the system that was being used was not suitable or effective.

This email was NEVER released in the massive data dump the State Department did a few years ago. The email was also believed to have been destroyed.

Believed to be the Smoking Gun of this batch, It is proven here that Aides KNEW about the server and its potential flaws.

3) State Department got rid of Old emails?

The state department had already set up an email fro clinton, which was used before 2011, but not after January 2011.

Then, Advisor Bentel had suggested that the emails be deleted due to their irrelevance and had  warned Harley that any emails that went through the State Department woudl be subjected to FOIA searches.

Deleting these emails would violate the FOIA and record keeping laws, as these emails would be deliberately deleted in order to avoid FOIA searches.

So, Clinton may have been advised about this information and kept secret emails that did not get subjected to the FOIA searches.

4) Altering of Email server Configuration

Below is a lengthy conversation between State Department Aides and other IT individuals concerning the operations of the server:

Breitbart Explains this email:

OIG reviewed emails showing communications between Department staff and both individuals concerning operational issues affecting the Secretary’s email and server from 2010 through at least October 2012. These records show that State Department systems were altered to allow Mrs. Clinton special email system to operate on State Department computer networks. As Investor’s Business Daily opined, this “accommodation” also put the State Department computer networks at risk.

The Second Smoking Gun of this batch, Which shows that the configuration of the server, altered to show that the system was operating under the State Dept., left a backdoor for hackers to intrude on Secret DoS emails at the time.

IBD reports:

Meanwhile, other emails show that not only did Clinton’s unsecured private email system risk exposing sensitive and at times highly classified information to outsiders, it forced the State Department to compromise its own security to accommodate her.

5) Hacking Attempts

In January of 2011, A hacker attempted to Try and steal classified and top secret documents from Clitnon’s private server.

Breitbart explains:

The non-Departmental advisor to President Clinton who provided technical support to the Clinton email system notified the Secretary’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations that he had to shut down the server because he believed “someone was trying to hack us and while they did not get in i didnt [sic] want to let them have the chance to.”  Later that day, the advisor again wrote to the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, “We were attacked again so I shut [the server] down for a few min.” On January 10, the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations emailed the Chief of Staff and the Deputy Chief of Staff for Planning and instructed them not to email the Secretary “anything sensitive” and stated that she could “explain more in person.”

These Emails suggest that there were concerns within the State Department about the integrity and security of the Server clinton ran.

The State Department was also made aware of the server, but never acted upon it to rectify the problem.

Why did the State Department know about the server and its problems, but never act upon it?
