The Crisis for Hillary just gets worse and worse.

What does this mean?

Well, There are 3 New Developments within the past few days that may jeopardize the Clinton Campaign and possibly hand down an Indictment.

1) Criminal Investigation ongoing

About 6 Days ago from the time of this writing, The Washington Examiner Reported that Press Secretary Josh Earnest had confirmed during a press briefing about Obama’s endorsement of Hillary, that the FBI investigation into her email server was a “criminal investigation.”

Just Yesterday, a federal Judge, Emmet G. Sullivan, had confirmed that the Investigation was ongoing and, in fact, a criminal one.

The FBI is conducting a high-stakes “criminal investigation” into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s email practices, a federal judge confirmed Tuesday in a memo that said her tech guru can keep his immunity agreement private.

Sullivan had also reviewed the immunity deal between IT engineer Bryan Pagliano and the FBI, which has been sealed from public records.

“…the document should remain sealed “because the government’s criminal investigation through which Mr. Pagliano received limited immunity is ongoing and confidential.” Stated Judge Sullivan

2) Russia’s Supposed Threat

Apparently, Russia had made a threat of their own towards Clinton, as reports,

Reliable intelligence sources in the West have indicated that warnings had been received that the Russian Government could in the near future release the text of email messages intercepted from U.S. Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s private e-mail server from the time she was U.S. Secretary of State. The release would, the messaging indicated, prove that Secretary Clinton had, in fact, laid open U.S. secrets to foreign interception by putting highly-classified Government reports onto a private server in violation of U.S. law, and that, as suspected, the server had been targeted and hacked by foreign intelligence services.

The reports indicated that the decision as to whether to reveal the intercepts would be made by Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin, and it was possible that the release would, if made, be through a third party, such as Wikileaks…

The Russian possession of the intercepts, however, was designed also to show that, apart from violating U.S. law in the fundamental handling of classified documents (which Sec. Clinton had alleged was no worse than the mishandling of a few documents by CIA Director David Petraeus or Clinton’s National Security Advisor Sandy Berger), the traffic included highly-classified materials which had their classification headers stripped. Russian (and other) sources had indicated frustration with the pace of the Justice Dept. probe, and its avoidance of the national security aspects of intelligence handling.

Breitbart had also reported that the reports echo a similar report last month by WND and and The European Union Times.

An intriguing Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today suggests that a “war of words” has broken out between the Director of the Federal Security Service (FSB) Alexander Bortnikov and Chairwoman of the Council of Federation Valentina Matviyenko over the issue of releasing to the Western media tens-of-thousands of top secret and classified emails obtained by the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) from the private, but unsecured, computer (email server) belonging to former US Secretary of State, and present American presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton…

According to this report, beginning in 2011, SVR intelligence analysts began “serious/concerning” monitoring of a Romanian computer hacker named Marcel Lazăr Lehel (aka Guccifer) after he attempted, unsuccessfully, to break into the computer system of the Federation funded RT television network.

Following SVR procedures for the monitoring of international computer hackers, this report continues, Guccifer’s activities were followed and recorded (both physically and electronically) allowing these intelligence analysts, in 2013, to not only detect his breaking into the private computer of Secretary Clinton, but allowing the SVR to copy all of its contents too.

Shortly after the SVR obtained these tens-of-thousands of top secret and classified emails from Secretary Clinton’s private computer, this report notes, Chairwoman Matviyenko personally authorized a “partial/limited” release of them to RT—who then, on 20 March 2013, published an article about them titled Hillary Clinton’s ‘hacked’ Benghazi emails: FULL RELEASE—but which barely no Western mainstream media sources reported on at the time.

Kremlin War Erupts Over Release Of Top Secret Hillary Clinton Emails

3) Assange Also Threatening

Breitbart is now reporting that :

Julian Assange, the founder of Wikileaks, claimed on Sunday that he is preparing to release another slate of emails recovered from Hillary Clinton’s private server that could possibly provide enough evidence for her indictment.

Assange’s comments came in an interview on ITV’s Peston on Sunday. He claimed that Wikileaks is preparing “upcoming leaks in relation to Hillary Clinton … We have emails pending publication, that is correct,” Assange said.

Although Assange doesn’t believe that United States Attorney General Loretta Lynch will indict Hillary, he believes that “the FBI can push for concessions from the new Clinton government in exchange for its lack of indictment.”

Here’s the interview:

Wiki Leaks contains 32,000 Emails, such as this:

It’s going to be exciting to see what happens next…
