It’s time to go at another core and perhaps the biggest subject matter Surrounding Hillary’s trust and honesty. The Email server.

The Email I will begin with That concerns me is an email from February 22, 2009 that lists an exchange between Clinton Aide Cheryl Mills and Secretary Clinton, in which Clinton knowingly nd deliberately abandons a Secure line for a home phone number.

Why is this very concerning?

Well, It’s the beginning of many emails that shows that Clinton Jeopardized sensitive information by using a non-secure line which can easily be wire-tapped.

This also shows that Clinton has basically broke the law by violating Executive Order 13526 and 18 U.S.C Sec. 793(f) of the federal code, which states

“subsection (f):

Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—”
The Subsection states that it is a violation to intentionally place or disclose federal documents outside of a secure line or server not issued by the government.
Hillary also may have broken the NARA, National Archives and Records Administration requirements for secure emails.
Section 1236.22 states:
“Agencies that allow employees to send and receive official electronic mail messages using a system not operated by the agency must ensure that Federal records sent or received on such systems are preserved in the appropriate agency record keeping system.”
Hillary’s private and home-brew email server did not follow these requirements, as the server was not under watch by the government and no records of the server or the systems were ever found.
This is just one of many emails That concern Hillary’s conduct and handling of information, as well as her honesty.
